What are your options for parking?

We associate with the skyway-connected Capital City Plaza parking ramp which offers our guests a rate of $17 per 24 hours with unlimited in-and-out privileges.  The voucher for this rate is available to guests when they check-in.  There are also many parking meters and alternate ramps near the hotel.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.

What is your cancellation policy?

You must cancel your reservation by 3pm the day before you check-in to avoid a charge of one-night plus tax.

Do you offer a shuttle service?

 We do not offer a shuttle service at this time.

Does every room have a private bathroom?

 Yes, every room has a private bathroom.

Is internet access complimentary?

 All of our guest rooms, as well as our lobby and breakfast room, include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and hard-wired internet. 

Are pets allowed?

 Pets, with the exception of service dogs, are not allowed.

Is smoking allowed anywhere on the property?

 The building is completely smoke-free.

Are any of your rooms handicapped-accessible?

 We do have handicapped-accessible rooms (based on availability).  This request must be specified when the reservation is made.

Are there meeting rooms in the building?

We offer many unique meeting spaces to meet the needs of our guests.  The lobby, complete with a grand fireplace and player piano, is the perfect place to relax with a drink.

Are you close to the Xcel Energy Center?

We are only 5 blocks from the Xcel Energy Center.  We are also connected to the arena via a climate controlled skyway system.

Are you close to many restaurants/bars?

We are located in the heart of downtown Saint Paul.  There are many restaurants, bars, and entertainment options within blocks of our hotel.

Do you offer discounted rates for AAA members, employees of the Federal Government, etc?

 We offer 10% off to AAA members, AARP members, Federal government employees, and Military personnel. Check our packages page for most up to date offers.

Are you close to the Mississippi River?

We are located one block from the Mississippi River.

Is your hotel close to a Green Line light rail station?

The Green Line’s Central Station is on the same block as our hotel.

How close are you to the Mall of America?

We are approximately a 30 minute bus ride or 25 minute drive to the MOA.

How close are you to the State Fairgrounds?

We are approximately a 10 minute drive (5 miles) from the State Fairgrounds.
